Black Bear Hunting
-Our bear hunting takes place in the afternoons only. As a result, you
may want to consider a fishing/hunting combo!
-With afternoon only hunts, we have to leave early to get to bait sites
that are located a long distance away.
-Baits are placed no closer than 2-3 miles from each
other with the average being 5 miles. For this reason it may take several
hours by boat, atv or truck to get to your destination.
-Our trips are of 5 day duration but can be extended if booked in advance.
Top of the Rock has had great success in harvesting many different color phase
bears, and many bears in the upper size range. Each year numberous Pope and Young and
Boone and Crocket bears are taken by our clients.
